Do you get it all over or just on your face as I find my hands and feet remain unscathed too and they, and my nose are the only near-constant cold parts of me.

Have you had a look at my recent posts on Red Skin Syndrome? I'm wondering if it could be this that I'm suffering from after years of slathering on the steroid creams.

Thanks for sharing :) xAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06028427818355761409noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6463988665912494503.post-20537452514377833282013-05-15T16:40:05.499+01:002013-05-15T16:40:05.499+01:00Oh those pictures look just like my skin when it f...Oh those pictures look just like my skin when it flares, nothing on the nose, like a weird unblemished bit. What is that about? I find that food triggers make my skin like this and it took a very long and complex elimination diet to work out what. You have to be really strict, for me it's celery, which is in most soup, stock, sauces, ready meals, even some meat so they add nitrates I think without declaring. Also tomato does this to me too. And dairy. It really does look like my allergic reactions. Hope you don't mind me sharing... again photos of mine don't really do it justice. http://whatallergy.com/2012-02/eczema-flare-upWhat Allergyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09756169493733118941noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6463988665912494503.post-31970590238342053282013-03-13T13:54:44.157+00:002013-03-13T13:54:44.157+00:00Yep, I've tried them and they didn't do an...Yep, I've tried them and they didn't do anything for me sadly :( I will try out the raw vegi's, thank you!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06028427818355761409noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6463988665912494503.post-18393838122508564882013-03-13T12:24:00.385+00:002013-03-13T12:24:00.385+00:00Have you tried protopic and elidel? I asked my dermatologist about hemp oil but he told me not to bother with it. Not sure if it would have conflicted with medication at the time or not. Have you tried these methods?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06028427818355761409noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6463988665912494503.post-57037564906706571602013-02-10T18:16:55.112+00:002013-02-10T18:16:55.112+00:00oh, hello!

Also the consequences of going completely cold turkey with steroids isn't something I would be able to deal with at this point in my life as it would indefinitely mean that I would not be able to go to work, and with money as tight as it is right now, money is actually more important to help supplement my health as I need to live in a modern spacious house.

But this isn't to say I am going to completely dismiss the idea.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06028427818355761409noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6463988665912494503.post-7427963726133390972013-02-09T14:09:41.063+00:002013-02-09T14:09:41.063+00:00Hi,

It's caused by using topical steroids, which you said you've been using for 10+ yrs!!
Please please please visit the site www.ITSAN.org . I really think that'll help you. I'm going through the same thing right now, and my skin is looking a lot like yours. Please, that site is the best thing that happened to me, please check it out.

- MPAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04758955371160662219noreply@blogger.com
